Jim, we'll get results out ASAP. The feeling on the drill results previously was they were not material during the period of the Mandate. We do have some assay results and were waiting on others. You're right though, all the cards need to be on the table for folks to be able to make decisions.

Not sure about being able to upgrade the resource. We are assessing that. Unfortunately we had to suspend drilling prior to finishing all the planned holes for the upgrade. We have to see if we have enough data.

This is the last reply I got from Marla on July 29, 2008 about the question of getting drill results and the status of the Resource/Reserve update.

As you see she admits to having some drill results and wants to get them out on the table for "folks to be able to make decisions."

My suggestion is that we continue to request these drill results to see if we can get them ...if we do...then maybe we can get Buck or one of our Engineer guys to figure out an estimated update to the resource. If they stonewall us some more we will have documentation to record the fact that we have requested this "Material Information" and it was denied. As much as I hate to say it, I think we have to start keeping a paper trail of important correspondence and other information. We might need it for discovery in the future.
