I posted this back on July 30....It looks very much like we could meet with a lawyer and have a free consultation with them. This is not the direction I hope we go in that I still think there will be bids but we need to be prepared. If a couple of you Toronto folks could take this on we'd all appreciate it. I agree with Rabidbeaver's comment........

"Don't tell me that it will it will take ten years to sue and that I will end up with 5 Kinross shares. I don't care. I will happily drag these guys name's through the mud for that amount of time."
