Kinross was formed in 1993 by amalgamation of CMP Resources ( a Goodman company) and others.

Dundee (a Goodman company) provided the Fairness Opinion"

IMHO Ned Goodman is about making money & I see nothing about this K deal that makes it happen for him. Can you outline a scenario that will line Ned's pocket by going with the K deal?
