An article at http://www.ecuadorminingnews.com/new... expects a favorable draft law to be released by end of August. Is it coincidence that the last day to tender shares will most likely happen before the draft is released. I'm sure Kinross knew this and considered this when making their offer.

Of course they did, timing and insider information is everything when you carry out a fraudulent scam like this!
