I don't see Kinross as the enemy.

They did the right thing for their shareholders and negotiated the best deal they could from their side of things.

It was our management that let us down.

Do I like the deal ..... NO

Will I tender my shares .... NO

I do not blame Kinross or their management for this.

We need to stick to the business of getting a better deal and stop the lashing out at Kinross for making an offer. It was our management that accepted it.
