One way to explain Genuity's take on this
they have assumed in their calculations that ARU loses all lawsuits
that's built into the $11.00 (after 30% political discount)
but that may not necessarily mean Genuity thinks ARU WILL lose
they have just used to worst case scenario in developing the target price of $11
