As laross mentions, even if Kinross was somehow successful on getting more than 50%, they can't offer you less than the initial offer. There is no reason, even if you are nervous to be taking this ridiculously low ball bid. Kinross is a decent company and I own shares, but this offer is a joke and shouldn't be accepted by any serious investor. I put in an order to sell almost 119,000 shares this morning at $20. I will log in tomorrow to my other acount and put up the rest. Don't see how it really helps, but it can't hurt. I'm doing this from my blackberry so please excuse the typos. Best to all Ahead12
