Question: What did Kinross pay in the past for TVX Gold, Bema Gold and Echo Bay ... how much gold equivalent was attached to the deals they made. And at what gold price....

We need to answer this question to get an idea, of what the odds are of a higher deal and, of kinrosses history. Forget Political factors.

(I tried doing this, but gave up, slightly out of time, i could do it in the weekend...anyone, help out and do some research for us)

Theory: Kinross is going to have trouble creating a new deal at their current share price, gold price. They will have to give us ALOT more shares because the shareprice has dropped. So they probably have to turn to a cold hard cash deal which our hands yearn for... Anyone have alternatives for them? Think with me here...
