Good post Clavis, I was wondering the other day, like you, if we could get an injunction to delay this thing going through. Only problem I see is that it will also delay any competative offers so in theory we are just delaying the inevitable, whatever that may be.

Fair enough it will give us more time to mount a better campaign and dig for more information. What we really need I think is a full scale investigation into this deal by the Canadian government, we aren't just looking at fraud against Canadian citizens, ARU investors are worldwide and if this deal goes through who in their right mind will ever invest again through any Canadian exchange? I know I will steer well clear of the TSX.
