  1. LOWER THE CUT OFF RATE TO A MORE ACCEPTABLE LEVEL
  2. INCLUDE THE MOST RECENT RESULTS
  3. DO ANOTHER RESOURCE ESTIMATE
  4. STOP BULLSHITTING US!
  5. TELL THE TRUTH (1st time in 2 years)
6. RESIGN!
