do they bid now and pay the $43 million to Kinross

or do they wait and see if Kinross gets less than 51%

and put a bid in later saving the $43 million

but with K pushing so hard, maybe they do get 51%

so the majors then have to buy all of K

much higher cost, maybe 10 billion, more political garbage, old mines

they have to decide, as Clint said....
