Given that Kinross made a corruptive deal with

the ARU BOD and effectively muzzled those whom we

entrusted with running our ARU Aurelian investment,

wouldn't such clear OPPRESSION OF MINORITY shareholders

be sufficient legal grounds for the REGULATOR to order

cancellation of the entire Kinross/ARU BOD deal causing

measurable financial damage to common shareholders.

It's an ethics question IMHO

So the ball is really in the court of the OSC/TSX and

even RCMP to act. - Where does my logic go wrong here?
