maybe we're not hearing each other

I know they cannot confirm that they ARE bidding

but like Yamana who was NOT bidding

they had no problem indicating that

All I asked was for all 3 to tell me they were NOT bidding

they could not do that, so all 3 remain potential bidders

that's all
