BMO FAIRNESS OPINION VS ANALYST FORECAST

The company whose shareholders were better than its management
Just wondering what the latest forecast/valuation BMO Analyst, John Hayes, had placed on ARU.
The Fairness Opinion shows ARU to be affiliated with BMO since Nov06 so it seems natural for ARU to turn to BMO to do the Fairness Opinion. If BMO thinks this Agreed price is Fair, how does this compare with their Analyst John Hayes opinion in his lastest Research Report?
Dundee too must have issued a Resarch Report on ARU. With Goodman holding 11% as of 16May08 (ARU Directors' Circular C-2) and adding what was it, another 10%?? recently, surely their forecast was considerably higher than the value of this Offer.
If Analysts' Research Reports were on Site prior to the Offer, there's no Anaylist Reports on the ARU Site now.
I wasn't able to find any mention of the Warrant Litigation in either of these two publications recvd re the Offer. My eyes must have skipped over it because surely it would be a Disclosure requirement. Would someone pls direct me to the Page.
Goodman has 21%, plus the 10% we gifted K, that's .. that's ... that's ... scary! Sorry, I had difficulty catching my breath!
What other Funds holding ARU are considered a shoe-in to tender? Personally, I can't see the reasoning ANY of them would have to tender unless seeking better Management if a more favourable monetary Offer doesn't appear prior to 03Sept08.
Management might be the deciding factor vs money after seeing the incompetence of ours and how they caved so quickly. We all agree, we got NOTHING from this T/O in fact, many will be in a debit position if this goes through.
Management caved to every whim Tye Burt could muster up and they did so because they were compensated well to do so. It wouldn't surprise me if Tye Burt didn't suggest to them to issue themselves shares prior to their "Official" Meeting.
BMO would be highly likely to hold ARU in their Precious Metal Fund ... Anyone know if they do and how much as of the last Report. Hopefully the Portfolio Mgr won't be be influenced by their Fairness Opinion but ... I bet he'd be encouraged to tender for political/underwriting reasons.
Someone PLEASE give me an argument and/or correct my figs. Anyone willing to sleep with some of these Fund Mgrs in an effort to sway their vote? Male or Female ... this isn't the time to avail yourselves to a sexual preference. LOL
