This was the entire basis of the complaint I filed with the OSC and the SEC.....but I got the same response everyone els got...they don't comment...

I was never able to complain to the TSX people due to run around I got from them......I don't think they should have approved the Privat Placement to Kinross for 15 Million shares unless they would not have been allowed to be tendered to themselves !!

I hope we will be able to get some legal advise on this....we all should remember though, that what is right is not always what is legal !!
