This is a very important issue, the OSC may have to rule on these shares if it comes down to a share count and what is voting stock, when they were issued as part of the deal ,it may have not been the intention of our board to include a vote.
Andre Gaumond once WAS quoted as saying they were not allowed to vote them, its on our board way back in an interview
then it was changed , that Kinross could vote them.
this may be what we have been looking for to put to the OSC
THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO VOTE THESE SHARES.
