k folks,

I know the tensions are building but here is some comfort:

Just had lunch with a fellow shareholder. He is close with a boutique investment house that hold some ARU. He called the advisor there and the advisor told him there was no reason to tender and he had no intention to tender. He (the advisor) also has connections on Bay st, and to his knowledge NO ONE he knew was tendering open shares.

My back of the napkin calculations shows close to 2million shares are counted between myself (minor) my friend, and the boutique firm and other small retail shareholders I know personnally.

So there is another 2 million that won't be tendering.

Is there a way for us to anonymously count the shares this Forum has under its influence??

mjdx9.

ps. The current thinking (of the boutique house and my stakeholder friend) was another offer will come AFTER the failure of this bid (almost guaranteed) and AFTER the new mining law is approved (~october/November)

Hang on....
