if Kinross gets between 51% and 66%:

Kinross ,at their option, can lower the necessary requirement to 50.1% and keep as many shares as they have WITHOUT extending the offer period thereby becoming the largest shareholder in ARU and stopping offers from others for the shares they have been tendered
