Sorry everyone for my ignorance but have been on vacation for awhile and obviously like many of you here am not tendering my shares..........Kinross is trying to steal the best gold find in decades and I will not be aiding them in their attempt unless they up the bid price significantly.......kudos for them trying to get ARU on the cheap but we should not let this happen.

Question I have for the board is do I have to do anything with my shares if I plan not to tender them?

That being, do I inform anyone that I am not tendering my shares or do I sit tight?
