It makes me chuckle to read all the posts about posting shares for sale at such and such a price and directing critisizm at brokers who refuse to accept the postings.

Grow up guys. This act of defiance isn't going to have any impact on the outcome of this game. You are simply wasting your energy.

With all due respect, I think you've missed the point.

We have 2 million shares posted. At current prices, that represents about $12M. Now, if everyone who posted has 10% of their net worth in this stock, then you're looking at a collective net worth of $120M. If the number is 5%, then it's 240M.

So, people representing $120-240M net worth are angry enough about this deal to go to the trouble of expressing that in a very public way, both on this forum, and on Level II.

Now ask yourself, given how angry we are, if we can afford the legal fees should we decide to pursue this further, bearing in mind that a suit can be brought in Canada, or in the USA where lawyers typically work for a percentage of judgement, and punitive damages are often awarded.

That's the message being sent here.

And there's no such thing as growing up. Either you're growing, or you're not. It's a process, not a destination.
