How many of us couldn't get their broker to offer their shares over $20 vs how many that could?

I'd like to hear from everyone on this point so we can get a rough ratio established.

OK, that's a pretty good sample. 15 report no major problems, no one was prevented, so why did I have so much trouble? Was it just luck of the draw? Has some sort of word gone out? The broker who handled the trade seemed genuinely surprised when I told him to look at level II and tell me what he saw. Maybe it's just the fact that this has never been done before that throws them off?
