if majors wait until after the Kinross deal fails
to make a move on Aurelian
and save themselves $43 million
since the offer is then dead, there is nothing forcing Kinross to vote it's 15 million shares to any superior bid
they may vote against ANY offer
how will this witholding of 10% affect getting the final 10% of the shares ie getting over the 90% mark, going to court, and forcing the final 10% to cave in to the deal
would this also mean that there may be no way to get ARU delisted?
as always, just curious
