This has not been such a good year in the markets for us ARU longs so far. I expect that to change shortly.
It obviously has been a very good year in the markets for the Equadorian government.
QUITO -(Dow Jones)- Ecuador's government proposed a $15.04 billion 2009 budget, a 45% increase from the $10.36 billion budget approved for 2008, Finance Minister Wilma Salgado told Dow Jones Newswires Tuesday.
"The global total of the pro forma budget is $15.04 billion, in which we have allotted public debt servicing," Salgado said in an interview.
I just wonder how the Equadorian governement has managed to come up with almost 5 billion dollars for there new budget and pay down the national debt.
Lets see what the choices are:
A) sell a trillion more banana's hahahahahaha
B) North american stock market and bond manipulation
Everyone here should know the answer to this question by now. I explained it a week or so ago and this is the confirmation.
Everything is going along according to plan. With this big new spending, Correa will get elected easily.
Viva El Presidente hahahahahahaha
