If you read any historical market books such as by Livermore, Morgan or Barush you will find that the markets are essentially always 'rigged' in one way or another. Close a loophole and the big money will find another one.

As much as this outcome sucks, I have made a lot of money in the past 10 years on juniors. You win some, you lose some in this game. I will keep playing.
