Your theory on Barron and Goodman holding out is flawed

Barron tendered for sure and Goodman...I can't wrap my head around why he would be the only holdout

also the 136,000,000 shares was not fully diluted

I believe the total was 150,000,000 plus 15,000,000 K PP

165,000,000 total
