How can anyone see this as a victory when Kinross now have complete control over ARU.. The only upside I can see is that they replace the board of directors and get this thing moving.

The claims of "VICTORY" remind me of Saddam Hussain's mouthpiece saying "Victory! We are throwing the Americans out of our beloved country and killing many of them" and saying this as they were entering Baghdad.

Nevertherless Kinross can kiss my hairy ass, the only way they'll get my shares is through the courts. I've held these shares too long to give them away... I am so surprised that any fund who knows what's happening here tendered their shares to this ludicrus bid.
