No, Safe has not contacted me with Barrons personal phone number yet. I am waiting patiently for it.

Would really like to know why he (as well as Sprott and other big funds) tendered? Doesn't make sense.

If Safe gives me that phone number, this certainly would be one off many questions I would ask him.

Also, any way to confirm or verify the actual number of shares tendered to K?

Not that I know off, then again, in there news release they said deposited and not tendered. I do not know why they seem to be making some distinction between depositing and tendering in the news release. Some of the wording seems peculiar to me.

I deposit money into my finacial accounts all the time, it does not mean that I am giving ownership of the money to them.

In any case I have no intention of depositing or tendering or selling my shares at anywhere near this insult of a price.
