TJ has it right. A good number of us have already sent complaints to the OSC. We get the standard reply, basically they claim that it is not within their jurisdiction as it falls within civil law. I cannot remember the wording as it was some time ago.

Translated into standard English what they are saying is,' go away, don't bother us with your petty complaints, we are too busy to concern ourselves with the Riff Raff.' IMO.

What more do you want from these guys, after all they have to get up in the morning, isn't that enough for gosh sakes?
