There is no downside. That's what makes this deal all the more corrupt. Why would Sprott and the rest of the other sell-outs tell their clients to tender when there is downside and only upside. All this for the first offer.
Think of this next time you read an analyst report or a bank/brokerage house recommendation. Use it for toilet paper and move on. These people are being paid big dollars to do what's right for their clients when really they are just scratching each other's back. Even Michael Gray of Genuity is now telling those who haven't tendered to do so. Integrity is null and void in this business.
