"Completely blown over by the results, 80%". But this figure includes the options and the l5,000,000 shares handed to Kinross by our noble Board. The actual number tendered by non-Management, non-Kinross shareholders is, I believe, about 64%. This, of course, is enough to blow a big hole in our ship, but not below the waterline. Very discouraging, but there seems to be upside possibilities and no known downside as yet.
