In the light of recent events I think it would be a good idea for all of us using this board to figuratively pool our shares and make a commitment not to tender until we get a reasonable pre-determined offer (Buck.. what in your opinion should this be?), and then it must be all of us or none of us who tender.

We need to know that we have at least 10% to block Kinross.. so I'd like comments on how you all feel about this and how you'd feel about divulging exactly how many shares in ARU you individually hold to a nominated person and if required provide proof of some sort of this. (maybe a screen shot)

I think we should nominate a honest and responsible person to hold this information... I suggest Safeharbour.

My thoughts are that we inbox safe with the exact number of shares we each hold and that this highly personal information is kept confidential by him.

Of course safe will have to agree with this first.
