Since Safe did not have Barron's personal phone number as I assumed and appearently Barron's e-mail is not so confidential since it is, according to Kerrisdale, on his web site.

I saw no further need to follow that course of action since I do not think it reasonable to assume that Barron would tell a total stranger, over an e-mail, whether he tendered his shares and what conditions he tendered them in any kind of soft lock-up.

I will just instead wait till the final take over is announced. After all, I have nothing to lose by waiting.
