The way I understand it tendered shares can be recalled if done so in the required time frame or in compliance with any stipulations set forth for those shares validly deposited under a soft lock-up.

I guess most of our management has just resigned, but as far as I know they still have there shares and options.

Thus if they do not tender them them my calculations still hold. It is a simple one that you should be able to perform for yourself.
