That is a false statement. They do not have 90% of the shares yet. I don't know about you but I was raised to fight against injustices. They are trying to swindle billions from the Canadian public. I for one have no intentions of just bending over and taking it. If they do get 90% or even if they don't there is a very good chance this could end up in court.
