What you are not considering is the value of time! You have heard of the phrase "time is money" and we have until Sept 15th to hold off before Kinross must come up with planB (which will take more time). In the meantime Kinross is at the disadvantage of more favorable news coming out of Ecuador and more publicity about the true facts of this robbery. We cause them to spend time and energy not to mention legal fees and the opportunity costs of going forward with their plans for Aur. The longer it takes the better for us because we have got nothing to lose other than what they have already stolen from us. We need to fight this to the bitter end and make it as expensive and difficult for them as possible. They would love us all to roll over and be quiet, wouldn't you if you had your hand in the cookie jar? On the other hand, maybe they will find it cheaper to up the stakes in order to get the thorn out of their side. After all, we are just the scrapings off the bottom of their boots. Just my opinion and being a Libra I will fight to the end for fairness.

DO NOT SUBMIT TO THIS INJUSTICE
