CONAI decided yesterday to give a "yes critical" to the constitutional project, to "bury the old structure of the state, the country's oligarchy and partidocracia, colonialism, neocolonialism and the neoliberal model". CONAI acknowledges progress in the new Constitution, as the multinational State, but cree that the draft does not include any proposals by indigenous and that's not supported at hundred percent.
