I've seen posts (2/3?) referring to the need and/or desirability of commencing some form of legal action. Seems posters are not aware of our legal committee? Could we have an update from the legal committee, with a recommendation(s)?
NO TENDER, NO WAY! HANG TIGHT! STICK TOGETHER!
AND, wouldn't it be preferable to stick to constructive posts rather than internal bickering? To the extent we are viewed by outsiders, this does not serve our cause, IMHO.
