The company whose shareholders were better than its management
I am trying to organize an on-line chat session with any Retail investor who wishes to join. I am waiting for confirmation of the URL location of the chat session. It will be by invite only. I am looking at Saturday Sept 6 at 9 PM EST. If interested in participating, please PM me. A word of warning to all - I wish it to be a small, dedicated (based on posting on this forum) group of posters who have a serious interest in settling a score. We will discuss options available to us and a plan of action, if any. I will PM back to the invited members the URL of the chat location with instructions.
If you are not invited to the session, please do not take it as a snub but I feel only the most active and most informed investors will yield the best plan of action for all of us to benefit. I am considering spending personal money to meet with a lawyer and will present the Hubs point of of view. The point of the session is to gauge our collective position and then after a meeting with legal advice, the members who PM'd me, will be advise of the session.
We Retails are in desparate times and are in the 10% minority. There are many who are not in Toronto and have lots to win and to lose. Hopefully we can get an opinion, good or bad, that we can live with and move on. Never forget - NEVER fall in love with a stock. We have and I know others who have and we all have paid dearly for that love. PM me if interested in joining.
George - if you read this and your office is in Toronto, we may be able to make a case. Join in at least and maybe Agoracom will help to set the record straight with respect to the Junior Venture exchange and shareholder abuse. I would like to thank Agoracom for this Forum/Hub and their support in this battle.
