Thanks for the much needed clarification about the De-listing!

I had read it to be all about taking ARU off of the indexes, and precious metals funds...but at first I was under the assumption, as were many on this board, that Kinross had taken ARU and AUREF off of the market listings!

But as you have posted for all to read that is NOT the case!

ARU still trades on the open market... until Kinross can prove that they have 90% of the ARU shares in their control....and even then it has to be sent to court, for the court to judge what a "fair" price should be!

SEPT.15th IS THE DATE OF THE AURELIAN'S NEXT, AND POSSIBLY LAST BATTLE!....STAND TALL AND DON'T TENDER OR SELL ANY OF YOUR SHARES!

IF KINROSS DOESN'T GET THAT "MAGICAL" NUMBER OF 90%...THEN THE MINORITY WILL HAVE THE "UPPERHAND"...AND OUR FIGHT FOR A "JUST" PRICE WILL FILL OUR SAILS WITH A NEW AND STRONG "WIND"
