ARU will continue to trade until such time as Kinross:

1. Acauires 90% or more and forces the remaining investors to take the deal OR
2. Fails to acquire 90% and is forced to go through secondary transaction through the courts (which is a brand new ball game in itself).

This is far from over. Aurelian trades and you are all shareholders of Aurelian. September 15th is ground zero. Fight for that day.
