I've just let my imagination run free here.

Of course it's fiction. You want to analyze half of the wishful thinking posts here, mine and probably some of yours have had a fair amount of fiction incorporated into them. Intentionally or unintentionally.

You want to reflect on just some of the stupid things governments have done in the past, then you would be in a reflecting mode for the rest of your life.
