I notice the papers always come up with 2 different percentages

one is the number that came out the morning after...74.8%?

and then another one just over 80%

I think it was mumbled that if you include management's options

then they get the higher number

But we can't include those options can we Tye

because they are still options...not shares

I'm thinking, they will cash those options in IF THEY HAVE TO

because then they count as a vote...IF they are turned into shares

But that would cost Tye money...it's much cheaper to just exchange the options for K options...more paper

and Tye wouldn't want to have to pay for George Bee's million options at $8.00 each lol

and management's 2.4 million options at $4.60

so he's hoping he get's the 90% without having to cash in management's options

in fact in order to do it cheap....and that's certainly Tye....

he has to get 15%+ more shares to get to 90%

if he gets 10% more he'll have to pay for those expensive options

if he doesn't get 10% he may have to pay us even more...

right Tye? but you've got your 10%.... don't you Tye?..not yet?
