1st we don't know the 11 mill. short as of what date. A short position has the effect of increasing the number of shs. outstanding. So you could say the float is 46 mill. Is it possible K could lend some of the 15 mill. PP at $4.75 to the shorter & those purchasers could then deliver to the tender offer. Maybe that's why Tye appears so confident of getting 90% of 110%??
