Thanks muchly for your post, go4growth. I needed this and hope it rings the bell for others as much as for me.

Something that concerns me though in this whole scheme of fighting back. The original legal committee, as far as I can see, was allowed to just fizzle out with no feedback to the forum members.

The current ad hoc initiative may need more time to come to conclusions, etc but as we carry on the fight, we need to be clued in on where this stands and where it is headed. I purposely stayed out of this action, thinking too many cooks (especially ill-informed ones) might spoil the broth.

I trust some means will be devised to bring the rest of us up to speed on this, whether the prospects seem good, or not so good. A major break point will be the announcement of the results of the extended offer. I hope shortly after we will get some kind of briefing on the legal status. Whether our participation is desired or not, this will help us in our ongoing struggle for equity.
