It may be the case, but Safe's timing is awful. And the optics of that is even worst. After all he was the ring leader of the ARU "resistance" here not that long ago.
Kinross is in the last stage of swallowing up ARU and we are the few diehards left still holding onto our shares. I just can't tender because it would mean I am willingly taking a substantial loss to accept a lousy deal that is forced onto us. Not to mention that this lousy deal also crushed my dreams, together with so many others here, about what ARU could have realized.
At the end it's a matter of you do whatever you think is right for you isn't it.
