The NR is very confusing & meant to be such.

If they issued 39.2 mill. K shs. then

39,200,000/.317 = 123,659,300 shs. ARU

123.7 + 15.0 = 138.7 ARU

138.7 / .907 = 152.9 total ARU shs.

So 152.9 -- 15.0 = 137.9

123.7 / 137.9 = 89.7%

It appears they need about 500,000 more shs to reach 90%
