The takeover lawyer who was recently on BNN said in the case of K getting somewhere between 67% & 90% of ARU the hurdles are more difficult. 1st K must call a meeting of ARU shareholders & hold a vote. Because they must give Notice, the meeting would probably be in about 30 days. Certain insiders are excluded from that vote so in this case approx. 45% would be for & 11% would be against the takeover. After winning that vote each side pleads their case to a judge as to value. The great thing about this is the pleadings would be well after the vote in Ecuador to approve the new Constitution!!!
