Got a .PDF letter outling the Kinross deal from TD Waterhouse this morning.. Seems that as far as the warrants are concerned only Canadian citizens are elligible for them, I'm in the UK.. can anyone clarify this?

I won't be tendering, I bought my shares ages ago with the intention of holding them for a decent buyout offer, this train of thought still applies and the offer we have right now is an insult !

I posted the John Embry aricle earlier.. in it he stated in closing that he hopes this deal doesn't go through... HELL NEITHER DO I !

Seems stupid to me though that John Embry works for Sprott, tells us he hopes this deal doesn't go through yet Sprott must have tendered their shares to give Kinross the 90.7% they say they now have ... how pisspotical is that? Seems the left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.
