Iran, Ecuador ink geological, mining MOU
TEHRAN, Sept. 20 (MNA) – Iran’s ministry of industries and mines and Ecuador’s ministry of energy and mines on Saturday signed a memorandum of understanding on geological and mining cooperation.
The sides inked the MOU with the aim of bolstering relations in the international arena and reinforcing friendship, Hadi Mirmohammad Meiguni the international affairs director at Iran’s Geological Surveys Organization said.
The two countries agreed to dispatch expert delegations by the end of the current year to one another’s countries in order to conduct field operations and inspect the potentials for mining explorations.
