Holy .... 12.9 MM OPTION??? I thought it was approx 3 MM hence the excercise of 2.7 MM options 17Sept seemed to fit.

I can see now what I was doing - the 3 MM options I was using was just the options they likely gave themselves while K was knocking on the door to sign the Offer Agreement.
